The EasyLoad Van Crane onboard loading system consists of a high quality, compact winch unit with extendable boom. The stable lightweight construction guarantees absolute reliability and is maintenance-free. The installation couldn’t be easier. The EasyLoad is mounted on a lightweight self supporting sub-frame. Easyload is attached to the existing anchor points in the vehicle loading area. When vehicles are exchanged, the EasyLoad can easily be un-installed and re-installed again – thus avoiding wasted capital!

Based on questions of sewer inspection companies, MAD recently developed an option for the EasyLoad, with which they can save time and money. An anchor point has been developed for this purpose, which is mounted at the end of the boom, on which so-called fall arrest devices can be hung. A fall arrest device is an independent automatically retracting line system that keeps a constant tension on the working line and thus prevents people who descend into the sewer, for example, from falling.

The specific characteristics of this EasyLoad are:

The ideal solution for sewer inspection companies; 1 system for 2 purposes (people and equipment).
Applicable on an EasyLoad 500kg (EL 501).
The anchor point is mounted at the end of the boom.
Complies with safety standard EN795 type A.
For mounting fall arrest devices to protect people from falling.
Suitable for the protection of one person.
The hook of the EasyLoad can be used to hoist goods.
The anchor point is also available as an extension kit (retrofitting).
An independent anchor point, such as a tripod, is thus no longer necessary.
